Well if you have some facts to post that he's been at fault then go ahead and post them, otherwise innocent until proven guilty.

I get the feeling from the article that he wasn't working hard, wasn't putting enough effort into closing down ("I had it easy", or whatever the quote was), and that the advice from Dembele (then the other players) came later.

He is critiquing himself which is good but we don't know what Poch thinks. I can only go by what I see. We were a team challenging for the title, we came second and we have 3 players who scored 20 goals. Very, very difficult to get game time under those circumstances.

Last night after the game in Hong Kong he was limping pretty heavily. He looked happy enough, but was moving very awkwardly
Most of the subbed players came out to watch the second half- but he and Sissoco came out at the end

Its going to be a interesting summer for GKN. If he can come back to pre-season ready to challenge, he can be an asset for us. Would hate to see us spend 40+ mill on Lemar knowing we haven't even given GKN the opportunity to play for us. He has all the raw ingredients and has shown some ability to be a impactful player and I hope Poch sees him in his plans.

Would be a real shame to write him off after one season, especially given how hard we worked to sign him in first place.

Think he needs time to establish himself.

Lemar's CV is only impressive because he's been given the one thing GKN hasn't, an opportunity to play and show his worth.

If we look at both Lemar and GKN's respective 15/16 season we can see that the have similar numbers.

Lemar

Total 15/16 SEASON:34 APPS - 5 GOALS -5 ASSISTS- 1YC--2.191' TOTAL MINUTES
https://www.transfermarkt.com/thomas-lemar/leistungsdaten/spieler/205562/plus/0?saison=2015

GKN

Total 15/16 SEASON:41 APPS- 10 GOALS- 5 ASSISTS- 1YC--3.007' TOTAL MINUTES
https://www.transfermarkt.com/georges-kevin-nkoudou/leistungsdaten/spieler/215679/plus/0?saison=2015

Whose place does Lemar take if we do sign him? Would he be content being a sub? Can we afford to have 40+ mill sub?

We have GKN and he's shown some glimpses of talent and directness. He just needs Poch to give him a chance to show why we invested in him in the first place.

Poch says he wants these types of players yet he doesnt use them. Will he actually use Lemar? Who knows but there is good reason to doubt it.

If GKN was good enough, he would have played. Poch has never been shy to give young players game time. GKN has not played because he has not shown enough in training etc to earn more minutes. That is all there is to it.

Lemar isn't the same type of player as GKN, in fact he is probably more comparable to Eriksen, though still very different to him too.

Whilst Lemar is quite fast, he is nowhere near as quick as GKN and doesn't hug the touch line or try and take on players as often. Lemar is more of a AMCL than a Left winger TBH and is all about the final ball into the box and general passing ability than taking players on at speed.

If GKN would have had the same number of minutes on the pitch as Sissoko I think we would be able to assess how good he could or could not be. As it is , I have no idea. I suspect he might have offered more than Sissoko.

Logic. We are all saying we need a player with "x" abilities/strengths. We have a player with those abilities in the squad and yet he never gets any minutes.

Poch has shown that players with the ability and application will play irrespective of age.

GKN doesn't play, despite being the type of player we are lacking.

Therefore GKN is either not good enough, or does not show it in training,

What we are all forgetting is that Poch has a habit/tendency to give players a season to adapt to his style without necessarily giving them a lot of first team action. We have seen both with Lamela and Son that their first seasons under Poch were not great but the second seasons were really strong. Trippier and Davies had far more opportunities but actually only started giving great performances at the end of the season. I am hoping that Janssen and Nkoudou will be the same next season.

By the looks of it, it takes approximately a season to get accustomed to Poch's tactics and techniques

What a stupid thing to do! Surely just a small part of GKNS brain should have thought probably shouldn't wear the Chelsea shirt as it will really not go down well with Tottenhams fans. Probably signals the end of his time with us.
