So the initial Dele stuff from Matt Law was that RM would pay 100% of Dele’s wages (150k) and we would pay 50% of Bale’s (300k). I think what that guy
is saying is that Real Madrid said fuck that, pay the 300k we’re offering you. The 600k of Bale’s full salary obviously never being on the table

I feel it is very likely to happen. Though it is good to check expectations. Someone is leaking hard, including the club, the agent is talking publicly about it and all. It might be to put pressure on the negotiations, or it might be as we are not scared of someone pushing ahead of us.

There has been one consistent thing this whole window, and previous windows too, when a deal goes this public and we are involved it's close. The press didn't print one single word about this as the ITKs were saying negotiations were on, they have been clearly going on for quite some time, this sudden media activity is not just out of the hype, but comes because we have allowed it to come to the press.
