I must be watching different games to people on here. I was just looking through the ratings thread and Robbos getting 6's and 7's with comments like "not at fault for the goals today" etc etc Am I going mad? Routed to the spot for both City goals. Didn't play to the whistle for the first goal, and then let the ball sail over his head for the 2nd. Yes the marking was poor, but come on - any half decent keeper should have been able to react to that!

I don't think it's any coincidence that our form has dropped right off since he came back into the team. We've turned into Wimbledon again too. It's no wonder Keane was taken off, because he's not so good at playing head tennis! Hoof Hoof and more Hoof.

I don't think he could be blamed for either of the goals today and did well other than them as well.

Im certainly no longer a Robbo fan but you couldn't blame him for anything today.

I think if he put his left hand up to go to the toilet it might have saved the second goal, but then again I know feck all

He would never have caught the first goal anyway I don't think.

The second goal he should've at least reacted to.

But overall he was quite good, and actually looked confident coming out into his area for the first time in God knows how long.

He could'nt do much for the first, He could of done better with their second goal IMO, but overall he was pretty good. I'd give him 6.5 made some decent saves first half to.

I think you're all underestimating the speed of the winning header. I don't think Robbo had time to react. He is fat after all, right?

Striking the patellar tendon with a tendon hammer just below the patella stretches the quadriceps tendon. This stimulates stretch sensory receptors (most importantly, muscle spindles) that triggers an afferent impulse in a sensory nerve fiber of the femoral nerve leading to the lumbar region of the spinal cord. There, the sensory neuron synapses directly with a motor neuron that conducts an efferent impulse to the quadriceps femoris muscle, triggering contraction. This contraction, coordinated with the relaxation of the antagonistic flexor hamstring muscle causes the leg to kick.

I'm certainly not a knee-jerk - I've not rated Robinson for 2 years! Cerny was dropped for 2 mistakes. Robbos made several since coming back in and looks like keeping his place for the rest of the season.

I am on here, yeah. He's getting absolutely hammered on COYS though! Its bizarre how different messageboards seem to have a completely different view on him!

COYS is the most negative messageboard I have ever seen.

Robbo cannot be blamed for either goal in my opinion. He did not flap at any cross, he made a couple of saves and he caught the ball. I dont think any criticism can be levelled at him for this game.
