You're not going about it in a way that suggests you do want the best for Tottenham. In fact, you're hindering Tottenham if anything. I doubt you're even able to tell when a player's not putting in the effort, as opposed to giving his all and just not having the luck, or just his style of play like Berba.

exactly flatters - we all know there are certain players who run around like the proverbial blue arsed flies and ain't a patch on Berbs Hoddle Ginola etc

so okay someone says well *** em what I what is a load of chasers and harriers - fair play - thing is we all don't agree

but the ones shouting their abuse are inflicting their views on the others

it's much better support all the team even the ones you don't like -

I always find that most of the time I'm singing/ cheering for the team - so I don't have time to be conducting vendettas

I'll have a pop at certain players on here (rarely) but that's not the same as at the game

Glad thats all sorted...phew!

No seriously though i just think that every club has the same arguments, different fans like different players and diferent fans hate different players its the way of the world, and i'm afraid people vent their frustrations in different ways, some shout and jump up and down and some just fume quietly until one day they crack and take us all out with an AK47

Just out of interest do people think Ramos would be happy with our performances (team and individuals) of late? should he be criticising the players or praising them? If he's not happy with certain players then surely its understandable that some fans will not be either. I for one certainly hope none of our players feel results in the last 6 weeks have been good!. If players are not happy with their own performances should fans be happy?

I may be in the minority here saying this but I think that the Spurs fans are the best in the country. We travel in big numbers despite the fact that the last 15 years has seen us more often than not finish in mid table - not many teams can claim to have as good a following as we do. Yes so a few fans moan & winge at games - big deal, they probably go to more games & are probably more passionate than the majority of us - even you Flatters im afraid

Flatters, why don't you knit the lads some ear muffs? That way they won't hear the vile abuse.

You could be the missing link we're looking for.

OK...

I'll just say this...if I ever hear virulent, habitual abuse screamed at a player I ALWAYS have a word. If I hear it before the game's even 10 minutes old, I turn around and hammer the fucking person. It's absurd. Opinions, fine, but some of the absolute SHIT I hear is unbelievable. Honestly, I have heard some unbelievable shit in my time, and I think it's our responsibility to turn around and school our own...

How about that team for our happy fans to get stuck into? Before you remind me several of these became so bad they became 'cult heroes' for our supporters.

Lad,I don't have any problem with that kind of support - its the unwarranted personal abuse to some of our players and the booing that goes on when things are not going our way!
You know what I am talking about if you go to all those games!

Yes completely agree and your right, at the Wigan game had a couple of blokes in front of me who were extremely drunk and were more interested in getting stuck into the Wigan fans instead of watching the game! Then had the cheek to constantly slag off Berbatov and tell him to "fuck off to another team if he cant be bothered at spurs" all because when they had bothered to start watching the action Berba had lost the ball and certain passes he messed up without chasing after it, which we all know Berba doesnt do! Thats his way of playing.....

Oh come on Flatters, we're all friends, we're super duper Tottenham, we don't hurl abuse, come on let's hold hands, yeah, let's all sing Ledley King songs, don't frown, give me a smile, it's all sunshine, a lovely little flowery Flatters wonderland.

Yippee.
