Big Dave can't even remember the last goal he conceded.

Sounds plausible, 1 more goal added to the 2-0 would have been 3-0.Think we'd of won by 3 or 4 had Harry dispatched the pen.
They'd of thrown caution to the wind and we'd have had ridiculous space to counter in.
In 16-17 we played lovely, possession football under Poch.
I remember watching Chelsea under Conte every week as we tried to chase them down and marvelling at their ability to keep winning. Despite them never looking as 'pretty' as us, they were like a machine and just wouldn't stop getting results.
Personally, I'm absolutely fine with us not playing possession football provided we can get results. And if there's one thing Conte knows how to do, it's win.
As others have said, the whole point of our system is that when we DO create chances they're big ones. If you watch the highlights of Arsenal home vs Fulham compared to us away v Forest we got in far more good shooting and scoring positions, despite not dominating the ball.
Agree, we really should have been coming away with 4/5 todayI lost count of the last second tackles on thier d, times they made professional fouls and their keeoer making saves.
We feel very different this year. It's very early doors but this feels like a different animal. We feel like a machine, that finds a way to win each game.
Our possession isn't great, of course, but we are definitely surrendering it to hit teams on the break and but for the front three being rather wasteful, it could have been 5 or 6 yesterday, which is strange because all the stats and the game itself, with the atmosphere & the pundits, suggest that Forest played well and were unlucky. They weren't. They were lucky our forwards were off it.

We have to accept , there is another team on the pitch who want to win and yesterday Forest played very well. Some Individuals in the Forest side played very well and on during the match on occasion came together as a team. The performance was good from us but must improve. Kane is flying with the goals.Agree, we really should have been coming away with 4/5 today
Thought Kane was quite off it eventhough he got 2
Son was anonymous again on the ball, he still does ok off it
I put sluggishness down to a mixture of a) early starts/Sundays b) weather and c) not sluggishness as such but 'waiting' for the counter. Someone mentioned rope a dope somewhere and there is a germ of truth in that I think...I like that ? Well done Sky for putting every possible pro-Forest stat up on the screen for us all to gasp at!
I thought we looked particularly sluggish yesterday generally (not including our defence in that observation...) which was very disconcerting especially following our last away match offering much the same, but they always say the best teams get results even when they play badly.
