They'll also need to check certain things trigger as they're supposed to, some things will be zonal (ie a call point activating under the south stand will trigger alarm Sounders in the local area constantly, intermittently elsewhere), others would be more specific (ie a heat detector activating in a fried chicken stall shuts off the gas to that specific kitchen). They'll also need to check alarm dB levels in all areas. There's a lot of work involved, & they'll have a massive checklist to work through, but they should have it done in the timeframe easily IMO.They'll have to check each device to see if it's working as intended and that all the information being relayed back to the panel and to other panels and devices is correct, address etc... so say there are 2000 smoke detectors in the building each will have to be checked. Then heat detectors, break glass units etc...
