Now, I don't like that lot very much.

Probably because growing up in an area where a lot of Essex boys supported West Ham, I got massively taken the piss out of for supporting Spurs. Not because West Ham were better, per se, but because there were more of 'them' than 'us', well, me. The whole 'Lasagna' thing didn't help either.

Anyway, I have a massive hatred of them and enjoy beating them almost as much as Arsenal.

So whenever there's a chance to laugh at West Ham, I do. Like when they went down, or when they signed Tevez and Mascherano and thought they were going to get into the Champions League etc. etc.

So what should appear on the BBC Sport website? Well, this little chappy:

Oh how I hate them. And I thought we could use this thread as an opportunity to post any amusing anecdotes any of you might have that make West Ham look a bit silly.

It's over 6 1/2 yrs since this opening post. It bumblied along for 185 pages until August 2016 when they moved into their Trampolene Stadium. What has followed is 240!!!! pages in less than 6 months celebrating the most successful stadium move in football history.

I really wonder how many clubs have grounds that even close to a training centre like we do. I know the top clubs do, as well as Saints, Sunderland and Everton. But outside of that? Some of the training grounds you see when they go around on deadline day look like warehouses or small cabins with a pitch or 2 outside. It's baffling. Alot of investment is needed in training grounds and academies by some clubs if they want to compete with the big sides.

Seems they'd rather piss it away on player wages and agents fees!
