I'm still blown away that theyve spent over 800M on interest payments under Glazer.

This situation requires Ten Hag to have lots of humility and realise he’s got to learn quickly and change how he does things.

Fortunately he’s Dutch. Utd are screwed ?

ETH looked completely out of his depth on the touchline and in his post match interview.

How he thought Martinez was up to the physicality of the PL is a clear demonstration he’s underestimated this league.

Am absolutely loving their implosion. No club outside of Liverpool is more deserving of years of utter shite

How many more games before Hiddink is given a call!
Would have loved to seen the banter between Brentford players and CE, serves him right!

There is no reason big teams should be big teams forever. Tv money gave a false sense of entitlement and I quite like how badly Man Utd are falling apart

I remember when marital had a year left and we were linked under Poch. Then he get 220 a week and everyone was like fk that. This is their problem.
They are not too big to fail. And I hope they do

I’m sure I remember seeing a quote from him where he recognised guardiola underestimating the physicality of the pl in the first season, if he did and I’m not imagining it to repeat that mistake is baffling

Maybe Arsenal looking to him to be a LB was the right way to use him in this league after all. As it is, they probably lucked out in getting Zinchenko instead.

Liverpool dropping points is always important but I have to admit seeing them destroy United next week would be pretty great.

f*cking love this, so much fun watching them be so poor, we should be grateful win draw or lose tomorrow how much better our club is run, managed and the team led.

Not sure if ETH is another De Boer or if it's more down to the owners and whole club being a mess, or both. But they can't just buy Van Persie from rivals anymore, they have to take risks for unproven players and their scouting isn't great (and don't even listen to their DoF a lot).

I’m convinced ETH has been given more control than he is used to / expected at United and this is the result, a shambles.

At Ajax he would have had little involvement in recruitment. Just given the correct profile of players by the club and told to get onwith it. At United they have clearly targeted players ETH has specifically asked for and that isn’t his area of expertise. ETH has suggested the wrong profile of players and United have hilariously gone along with it and signed them. It’s banter all round.

So I can’t accept him being blame free. He’s signed Martinez and paired him in a two with maguire. He’s played Eriksen as a false 9 and then as a 6 in the first two games.

Honestly if this was happening at Spurs I’d be questioning him already, as these are awful mistakes. You didn’t see Conte make these types of mistakes when he took over. Everything he did made sense including the profile of players he targeted.
