Queue lots of salty comments about trophies and penalties online.

I don't get why he doesn't get respect.
Because he plays for us and hasn’t won anything.
Football fans are not smart.

He’ll leave in the summer, win a few things and go down as the greatest England striker of all time.

Well done Harry. You are superb. That guy really is phenomenal. Such an inspiration to young kids, he’ll be remembered and looked up to for many many years to come. 👏🏻

Fuck off Gerrard , using this time to say it's time he moved on
Really? That’s poor.

He also should know, as he decided that titles with Liverpool would be superior than titles with Chelsea. He and Kane are arguably the two best ever PL players that have never won the league.

I do get that levy without investing heavily has been a problem, but I don’t think the lack of trophies is purely down to investment.

we have been in prime situations to win trophies and i would say top players not
Turning up in cup finals/semi finals, poor team selection -(son wing back), Lucas after heroics not starting and 1/2 fit kane starting instead (also not making subs early enough).

we have been in a strong position to win the league - again poor decisions, managers and players making stupid errors and decisions. Throwing points away from great positions - saints this season, West Ham (Jose), Chelsea (poch)

is all of that levy fault ? In recent years we have invested heavily in the squad - 1/2 windows - nothing - but I remember itk saying poch wanted certain players and no compromise - if the player does not want to come or has a better offer - Barca what then?

yes levy has to shoulder some blame but I also look back and think we have had several chances to win trophies - and have thrown it away on the day.
I get it but everytime we have been on the cusp of something he has rested on his Laurels (Saha-Nelson window springs to mind)

Such a brilliant achievement. Growing up as a kid that must be right up there as something you’d dream of. More than any one trophy I honestly think. He’ll end up with a record that won’t be beaten for generations. He’ll win trophies too. Legend

Still remember the pride in watching him come off of the bench for his first cap and immediately scoring. Never in doubt that he would nail this record, and he's going to put it out of reach for decades.

In 100 years time people will still be taking about Harry Kane, whereas not even Joel Robles own mother remembers that he has an FA Cup winners medal.

If you have to look up Joel Robles, that kind of makes my point

His performance was absolutely top drawer tonight. Led from the front, held up the ball, took pressure off, defended set pieces and of course scored a very tense penalty.

It felt like he had that extra fire off the back of the Conte rant. Almost like he was proving a point tonight.
