Love him. Remains absurdly underrated. Nothing will hurt more than seeing him at another Prem side.

Firstly what an incredible achievement, thoroughly deserved and he I’m sure he’ll score another 30 for his country . Now I know this will be unpopular but I actually found his performance last night and insult to all us Spurs fans , the effort and determination and the way he constantly was directing his team mates to work harder, move further up the pitch . Where the hell has this Harry been the last few months , if he’s shown that level of enthusiasm for us there is. I way we would have lost to milan or Sheffield .

The absolute nonsense wrote about Harry Kane by some spurs fans is quite staggering.

Fantastic achievement and it should make us so proud as spurs fans!

It's so sad though to see all the hate he gets. If you check the comments section of any article about him, it's Constant drivel about no trophies, too many penalties or his speech impediment.

The guy is the all time goalscorer for club AND country. And yet people still don't rate him. Baffling.

Southgate set the team up to press high and not give Italy a chance, first half especially. We had more of the ball and so he course Kane looked like he gave more effort. At Spurs we set up defensively and to be on the back foot, which makes it look like nobody is trying.

If you seriously think Harry's attitude has been anywhere near the list of problems at our club over 'the last few months' then I'm not sure you're watching the right sport.

Your post is an insult, not his enthusiasm.

Harry Kane scores when he wants.

So he can run when he wants.

In any other season without City's Cyborg he'd be miles ahead in the scoring charts for ANOTHER Golden Boot and that race ain't over yet.

We tend to go goal crazy towards the end of the season. I think he'll get over 30 goals this campaign.

He's a our greatest player of the Premier League era. There's no argument.

I agree but watch Kane agsinst chelsea, he lead the press, ran around like a mad man, tracked back, lead from the front and made sure as a team me moved up the pitch whenever the ball was cleared.
He did none of the against Southampton, he didn’t give a shit, there were times when Kulu and porro started to box Southampton into the corner and it needed Kane to press and he could be bothered, after a weeks rest. Kulu and Porro even threw their hands up at him.
Countless times their cb carried into cm with Kane 2-3 yards away and he didn’t even bother pressing. Gave their cB amble time to pick passes and their players to make runs. It was pathetic.
You cannot carry two players in this day and age who don’t press and don’t track back. It leaves you wide open.

If he had the same support at Spurs as he has with the England team he would score even more goals for us. He looked good last night against Italy because he had great support around him something he doesn't get with us. So don't doubt his determination it's always there but he needs support and a decent system to play both are something he doesn't get at Spurs.

As somebody said earlier he is so underated. To score the number of goals he has for England and us is magnificent. No one will deny that Messi and Ronaldo are two of the greatest players ever but they have scored their club goals in a league that really has only two teams in it harry has scored his in the most competitive league in the World. He deserves to be up there with them.

and they've done it playing for clubs constantly in the top 2. It's like Messi playing his entire career at Sevilla.

I think it is completely unnecessary to feel that him giving his all for England is an insult to Spurs fans. I don't agree with that part at all.

If I only focus on his actual effort yesterday, I agree. I can't remember when I last saw him put in a shift like that. I would say that it's a symptom of the collective mentality of the team for that last couple of years that we haven't seen it in Spurs for a while. We desperately need a coach who can trigger this kind of performance.

It’s a symptom of not being supported nearly enough by the management at his boyhood football club

He realised years ago that he was going to be run into the ground by his club so picks and chooses when to ‘fucking run around a lot’

When he burst onto the scene and for the first 2/3 seasons he covered every blade of grass in every game. If he still played like that he would probably have retired by now or would be on the treatment table a hell of a lot more

I can’t blame him. Clever boy. It should have been up to the club years ago to support him/rest him/rotate him much much more

Great player who’s been terribly used and let down - a bit like it’s supporters
