Bizarre, he seems the model pro and definitely doesn't have an attitude issue.
I have wondered whether it just the old Glenn Hoddle thing again and being jealous of talent - but then i don't think that really rings true as Madrid as a fuck load of that. I don't whether the Glenn Hoddle thing was true either... Err i don't know where i'm going with this haha
Talking of true and false, its amazing how narratives develop about , for example Bale not being able to speak Spanish - yet there are interviews with him speaking spanish and his own teammates say he can - its just that he is introverted and keeps himself to himself. Maybe he could make more of an effort, but as someone who is introverted thsemvelse it just not in our make up to do so. Its like the Chris Froome thing all over again, their just this weird preconception that you have to have a certain personality to be recognised as a sportsman.
Its why i love Poch. He genuinely understands other people and that they are different. I wouldn't class people like Ryan Mason as outgoing but he works with the qualities they do have and builds relationships with them. I found it funny seeing poch doing the cojones dance after Ajax because it is a side i never seen to him before.
