such a good result last week, really odd that we look to have gained no momentum or confidence from it so far.

Villa played into our hands a bit and shit the bed, basically sitting back and letting us dictate ( even though we did play well and looked sharp).

Fulham are being aggressive ( which I thought Villa would have been) and we’re just not handling it. Need far too much time on the ball and when we do work some space our decisions making and technique has just been rubbish tbh.

Bissouma really doesn't help as a lot of the time with him being the best positioned to first receive the ball from the back, he's the one that can so often set the tone, and he looks so scared to progress with the ball, whilst being sloppy with it at times too. If he's in the mood and taking players out of the equation with his runs, it can open up so much for us, but we never see it now.

We can't afford to be so lackadaisical in attack, whilst being way too vulnerable to an attack from the opposition at the same time. Last week it ended up all going for us, but this is another match where it feels like we need much more quality in the wide areas, and it doesn't help that the one person that we usually can depend on for that quality (Son) has been just as sloppy.

Think Fulham are looking a lot sharper then Villa were. Not particularly surprising considering Villa had EL mid week.

We are going to need to be a lot sharper second half to win this. Perfectly possible, we actually created some decent passages of play we are just being sloppy where it counts. If we raise our game I still think we win this.

First time we genuinely have good options off the bench which makes decided who comes on for who and when crucial

Let's hope Ange gets it right

Noone really deserves a HT hook but we have options

Richarlion on for kulu now and then on 65 bring on Werner for Johnson

Think we should use this free opportunity to make a sub NOW

Sky sports showed a stat that Fulham haven’t lost a game this season in the league when they’ve scored first, I hope we break that run today but honestly I am doubtful.

A couple observations, our passing has been a bit off and they are on it, that said we were the most likely to score as the half went on. Entirely probable that Mickey VDV would have got to Muniz and get the block in but you can't blame Radu Dragusin for that. Also I don't know if anyone else noticed but Muniz wasn't onside by accident, he momentarily checked his run to stay onside then went again so credit where it's due.

I never thought I’d be saying/suggesting this but Ange really should consider a back 3 if he’s going to continue insisting our full backs play like wingers. We’d concede a considerable amount less if we had an extra body back.

I am absolutely not suggesting we should’ve kept Dier but he played as a hybrid CB/DM under Poch and I think someone like that would be perfect in this side.

Despite it all its the sharpness of the passes that's been particularly disappointing

We will probably come out all guns blazing, but need to make sure we don’t get caught on the break as their transition is very quick.

Their runs off the ball have been mesmeric. We're struggling to track them and just giving the ball away when we do.

What's disappointing for me is that I suspected we would perform like this after what we saw in the previous game. It's like the players can't do it consistently. I don't know if performances like last week go to their heads and they then take things too easy the next game

We make it easy for them. There’s acres of space on the counter because we only defend with two players. Our passing has been so sloppy and allowed for counters pretty much non stop.
