How would you know Ange wouldn't listen? Levy is his employer.

I don't think Levy tells Ange what team to play but I think he tells Ange what competitions are the most important.

This feels as though it has rendered the season irrelevant, to be honest. We've finished in the top 4 multiple times, so even if we do that (a big ask) it's not some thrilling achievement. We won't win the league. One competition left we can win. Very shit.

Not sure what Ange was doing dropping key players especially with how well Maddison did in the last 15.

Sad if that's Sanchez's last action for us.

Such a strange decision to have Sanchez take the 3rd penalty. I don't blame him but where are the other attackers standing up to take a spot kick. He should be nowhere near it.

Anyway it is our own fault. No need to rotate the team this early in the season with no Europe. Ange's first big mistake. I hope he learns from it. How do we expect to be a Champions League team if we need to fully rotate 3 weeks in to the season. How will he cope if we do get in to Europe next season.
