Won league last year but in 6th & 11 points behind leaders. Another decent payoff if they actually bother paying up

8m pay off for Nuno !

All over the world, probably more than 99% of people work hard all their life and cant make good money.
Then you have likes of Nuno, who gets paid for being a failure.

the crowd must have been raging with the result. Ali, Mustafa & Ahmed had enough of Nuno’s shit.

Not sure I’d class winning the league a failure tbh

His bank account must be full to overflowing. Utter madness.

Love how he’s referred to former Tottenham manager on the BBC when he was here 5 minutes compared to his wolves stint.

is it a dog by the media we’re linked over the world by failure or that we’re a much bigger club than wolves?

It’s the latter. Wolves are a big club but in truth you’re not getting any clicks on an article which talks about how a former Wolves manager is doing in the Saudi league. Mention Spurs and suddenly you’re getting SEO hits aplenty.

Also I suspect there’s a degree of belated schadenfreude about his time here from rival fans when they see those headlines (e.g. What the hell were Spurs thinking with that appointment?!) which won’t exist in relation to his time at Wolves which was relatively successful.

mark my words, they sack Cooper and bring in Nuno, they are getting relegated. Nothing against the guy, he's nice, but I just don't see it working out there.

Cooper should have plenty of credit in the bank and they weren't that bad the other night but they have one win in the last 13 league games. The team obviously has big issues whoever is in charge.

To be fair to Cooper, when you sign 400 players with no plan, I imagine it's very hard to manage them.

Weird team these days, they sold the only player who was good to us, the rest is FM when you sign all the random free transfers from anywhere. Keeping them up is an achievement, can't see how they're expected to do better with the way they are run.

No sympathy for Cooper though after he got them playing like 90s Wimbledon against us.

The backlash from the players and fans if they sack Cooper would/will probably do it for anyone going there. I don't think Nuno deserves that really as he's a decent manager for a club that size who are looking to establish themselves in the PL, but he'd get no time or patience whatsoever.
