I've stupidly organised to see a mate today, who whenever I see on a day we play, we always lose. He's a gooner too so it's doubly stupid. I wonder about myself sometimes!

Tough start as always but confident in the lads. Think we'll be even stronger this season. Coys.

I'm in Edinburgh singing and have a gig that lasts right through the match. Frantically checking phone between sets...

Same thing happened last year as we blew a 2 goal lead against Stoke.

:-?

I've put the kids on ignore until about 4.45. Told them they're on their own until then and as long as they don't burn the house down or form a violent facistic state, they can pretty much do what they like. The 3 year old doesn't seem impressed and has already slammed me in the groin with his kindle. I took it like a true man and will spend the rest of the day ignoring him with an ironing board between us. He'll understand when he gets older

Wife away at conference so watching with toddler and baby. Peppa Pig to the rescue. Would it be Spursy if we don't win today?

Just need to make sure we start this season better than the last. That's what held us back last year.
