So now Eric Dier has Arthritis.
And needs a supplement that is given to animals to help with their mobility.
Absolutely hilarious. Grow up
No, it's more about the name of the brand.

Add an o in between, and then spell the word out

It's only a bit of fun.

Haha sorry, it was the absurdity that got me.

To clarify I do not think Eric Dier has arthritis. Nor do I think he needs animal supplements to help him with them.

He’s been a good servant to the club. He’s had some very good spells, but they were too fleeting. He can’t be relied upon as he suffers from horrible concentration lapses pretty regularly, and he’s not a modern style defender which we need in this system.

I can understand why he’d want to wait to leave as a free agent, but surely an agreement could be reached to let him go for free early if Ange is adamant that he can’t use him and we aren’t getting good offers in.

Would be really interesting to see if Dier still 'has it' in the highly specific advanced sweeper role he was able to occupy in his heyday for Spurs and England when the formation allowed for it, and which might be available at Bayern.

In a weird way he might work better at a top team where he has less y'know actual defending to and can play that role you're describing. He's not bad on the ball when he's got time and he's solid defensively when he's not exposed 1v1.

If he is exposed 1v1 in a high line then he's an absolute liability though.

Wonder if it was a loan or buy. Either way, rejecting that doesn't look good for another incoming CB this window.
He's in his last year of contract, so any loan will mean he is released on a free at the end of it. I think a loan fee + wages covered is an OK outcome given the circumstances.

I'd forgotten he was in his last year, but again, odd that the club have rejected the offer. Why hold on to him unless we're not signing another CB

Surely we aren't getting money in the next 36 hours? May as well get him off the books with a small loan fee
