This guy looks class and would have two of the best CBs in the game to help develop him and reach his potential, not to mention the best manager in the universe. Has definitely got a bit of King's DNA in there somewhere. Sign him up Levy u bald, penny pinching bitch..

I like the look of him but after failing to sign players all window you wouldn't put it past us to finally sign a player in a position where we aren't desperate for reinforcements (unless wimmer is off of course)

Starting watching his YT reel but then remembered what happened after watching Balde's vid, so promptly closed the window.

This is where we need to use other clubs interest in our players to our advantage... with the whole Rose debacle and should Poch decide Rose's action are unforgivable then we should be looking to trade Wimmer plus cash? for Bertrand. With the Ajax CB replacing Wimmer.

Judging from Youtube (!) this guy is clearly make up for the loss of pace in selling Walker. He could be a perfect RCB for us. Could be a great find and would certainly bring some much needed pace to our defence. I am one of those who feels Dier needs to pull his head in and be prepared to play as the second string CB or CDM, so I'm hoping we bring in a CB like Davinson with attributes we're lacking. Also, Poch could bring the best out of a guy like Davinson with his coaching imo at RCB, meaning our RWB wouldn't need to be our recovery expect a la Walker.

And the icing on the cake would be Bertrand becoming first choice for England........ actually scrub that. Rose stays as no1 LB and gets injured in the first friendly England play in September, assuming he's back from his latest injury.

Can't see it. That's a lot of money, and we've baulked at paying less for others this summer.
It's a lot of money for a defender who'll want more minutes on the park than Wimmer currently gets, and Wimmer wants out due to that lack of gametime.
Seems an odd link to me.

I didn't say he would 19 - re-read. He would play as RCB.
I was saying his pace would compensate for the pace lost at RWB in Walker.
Soz. Although you did say 'replacement for Walker'.

No worries - I meant that Walker was always our 'recovery man', so if Davinson comes in at RCB, we'll have covered that issue and he is more central. He's genuinely quick!
