If I was a betting man it will be traore but he isn’t the primaryDan James on loan is a lot better than Traore on a permanent deal.
Goddamnit. Well, what can you do. Cheers for the info.If I was a betting man it will be traore but he isn’t the primary
More accurately this on the scaleI'd rather keep Gil than sign James. If we must sign another wide forward then:
Zaha > Traore > James
I think it’s LucasUp to 3 dependant on the outs. Possible one not in the media might yet go.
Interesting thanks. Wish it was zaha man. If he ends up at arsenal ??If I was a betting man it will be traore but he isn’t the primary
I would actually not mind Traore with the squad we now have. Imagine the fun he'd have had last 10 minutes yesterday against a team with 6 players on yellow cards. He'd purely be a novelty impact sub with Son, Kane, Kulusevski and Richarlison getting 99% of the minutes.

That argument doesnt fly when you consider we already have Gil.I wouldn’t be excited about James (at all) but we should be realistic that the market we seem to be hunting in here is for someone to only very occasionally come off the bench - ie. not a Zaha or Zaniolo.
He played 32 games last season (started 29) and 2/3 this. Only Meslier, Llorente, Harrison, Raphinha and Dallas have played more minutes since he joined. He can't even get in the Leeds team can he?
Yes he did?He didnt play at all on the weekend either
I personally don’t think 4 top players to consistently rotate across 3 positions is going to be enough. Not a single one of our matches before the World Cup other than the league cup is a throwaway and we have a match every 3-4 days starting from now. We’re going to need fresh top quality players in all 3 positions every single match. We could achieve that with 5 but 4 isn’t enough in my opinionI would actually not mind Traore with the squad we now have.
