Alderweireld for me. Saved his fellow team mates getting on for a dozen occasions. His reward was Captain Calamity throwing the ball against him for a last gasp crucial own goal.

Lloris - 0. Time and time again. I dont care how many saves hes made for us. These blunders are killing us.

Sissoko - 0. Time and time again. I dont care how much improved hes been for us. His inability to score is killing us.

Alderweireld, no doubt MOTM, player of the season, best defender on the team, and probably a Manchester United player next year.

Incredibly proud of every single outfield player, we were unplayable second half. We just have one or two passengers in the squad who have a losers' mentality that will always cost us in the big game.

We're cursed. We always trip on ourselves. No matter how dry the road is, how smooth the surface, how good the footwear, we find a way to pick up a banana skin, put it in the middle of the road so that we can trip ourselves. Every bloody season.

Like the World Cup winning Captain of France & Tottenham? ?

Nope. The problem is elsewhere

Is the second part for real?

If so.

LOL.

Lucas was great today i think...

Toby was magnificent and its fucking disappointing verging on incompetence that nothing has been sorted with him - we will be vastly weaker without him

We will get top four i think... we are playing well and played well today... just need this run to end asap...

I've gone Toby with Sissoko and Moura very close second.

Moura maybe a bit stiff as he was decent all day but Sissoko was the catalyst for us taking over second half. Change of shape had him playing like Viera in his hey day. Taking the ball off players, charging up the pitch, getting us going.

Toby was excellent all game.

How often do you see a player who scored an OG in a loss for us, get the MOTM award?

Poch - pls patch up and give Toby a new contract .

Went for Toby but Lucas was close as he looked back to the form of early season which is good for The upcoming matches.

The World Cup winning captain tag equaling a winning mentality bugs me. International football is not anywhere near as strong as top level club football anymore , he also cruised in that French team.

He’s broken

I ageee but fact remains between him & Mousa they’re the only ones who know what it is to win something significant. Sonny too I guess

I'd like to think that had Sissoko put his shot into the back of the net, instead of where it ended up, then we would have won the game.
Oh well, a case of Que Sera as our top four position becomes less likely as each week passes.
Here's hoping we smash Palace on Wednesday.....
As for today's MotM, well I'm really in the undecided camp.
