Brighton postponed.
Depends on how quickly people get their vaccines sorted. I think that's very much a last resort and Levy will be aware of that. So, spread rather rapidly through the club if indeed Omicron variant.
Games being postponed, kind of got me thinking, if it can go through a team so quickly, how long until the mass gathering of fans becomes an issue once more, and sees games played in empty stadiums again.
Surely that would see Levy( like many) take a more cautious approach regarding spending with revenue streams reduced once more.
Hope this scenario doesn't play out, not now we have a truly elite manager who needs backing, and has no doubt been told he'll have a decent wedge to spend.

Mandate wearing masks in the stadium will help. So, spread rather rapidly through the club if indeed Omicron variant.

I think it’s been established Omicron will spread fast and cases will go up. The crux is whether that leds to more hospitalised or it’s milder or vaccine has some effect. Can be 200k cases a day if that doesn’t led to increase in many getting ill it’s fast spread is irrelevant.
If Omicron is not as bad then I wonder if getting it is not such a bad thing. If symptoms are mild but it creates some immune response against covid as a whole. Having so many get it now is possibly ideal for us. 2 games now off, maybe the 3rd will follow, players can hopefully test clean in a week and be extra protected.
Sure, but I think everyone is getting covid in their lifetime anyway. Hopefully being vaccinated limits the lasting damage. Rather get the lesser variant if it is indeed less impactful.Depends if or what any lasting effect there are.
We simply don’t know yet. All scenarios are in play, from Omicron being a blessing, to it causing an apocalypse. But, we should know quickly, because it’s spreading fast, there will be a lot of data soon. Ten days from now, I’d guess.Depends if or what any lasting effect there are.

It's not unthinkable for sure.. I think that the backlog of fixtures and the fact that the team won't be able to train together for a while is more concerning. You'd like to think so.
The fallout if we are hampered financially and can't fully back Conte to see what he can do, and then he leaves.
Lot's of 'what ifs' I'll concede. But not totally unthinkable.
I'm sure most fans would understand, but Spurs and luck are not usually a marriage I'm accustomed to unfortunately.
