Kids and supporting our dear ol' Spurs is a real recipe for disaster in the bedroom!Nah, mate. We’ve got a 3 and 5 year old, carnal pleasure seems a thing of the past.

Can’t blame people for feeling like it’s never going to happen for us, after taking so many hits. I do take issue with this “bottling it” culture every time we lose a big game. I remember when bottling it meant losing to Wrexham in the FA Cup, or losing 4-3 after being 3-0 up against 10 men at halftime. Losing 2-1 against a star-studded, talent packed United team is just not that. The team were naive and struggled against a parked bus. Our fans, however, are embarrassing. When did our fanbase become diluted with so many absolute tits? This new generation of Spurs fan is making me long for the late 90s when we were shit but at least we supported the club through thick and thin.
I’m just embarrassed to be part of the same umbrella as some of this lot. We were dazzling until a month ago, now the wheel have come off a tad bit of anybody, start if the season, has said we’d be 5 points clear in 4th, fa cup semi finalists and much improved in the champions league I’d have ripped their hand off. Can’t blame people for feeling like it’s never going to happen for us, after taking so many hits. From your lips to God’s ears.We have a relatively straight forward run in so let’s hope we don’t screw it up.
I know Davies should block it and Vorm save it but youve got to wonder about Poch's tactics?
Clearly Lucas is told to play centrally which just overcrowded that area when he needed to isolate a full back.
As soon as they got in front you knew Maureen would strangle the space and the time through the usual wasting.
Dier isn't my fave but today he was brilliant. Hope he wasn't playing for a move there. Eriksen gave everything and took responsibility so full credit to him too.
Same old Spurs otherwise. Christ I miss Kyle and Danny bombing up and down.

I live in Andover. I’ve been travelling non stop since the final whistle and only got home 45 minutes ago. I’m disappointed but it happens, we were naive and outfoxed by a man who has made a habit of perfecting the Pulis approach with oodles of cash. The whole match I had to put up with some idiot behind me who was a broken record ranting about how Pochettino threw this away by picking Vorm and Sanchez, totally ignoring the fact that Sanchez played well and Lloris has let in far worse goals recently. I’m far more pissed off with our awful fans than I am with the team. They think this is bad? Where the fuck were they then when we had our best team of the decade dismantled at Elland Road by relegation threatened Everton in the 95 semi?
I put that squarely on Poch. It's the most disappointed, angry even, I have been with him after the last couple of weeks.
We get told the word bravery is his buzzword. But for weeks now I have been watching the collective start to fail - the drop off in our intensity, pressing game, work rate etc, even a game against Chelsea was patchy in this regard and required a big effort, and certain players like Kane, Son, Dembele, Davies, Sanchez, are looking tired and a bit frazzled, or clearly unfit in Kane's case, and yet he hasn't been brave - he's stuck his head in the fucking sand, avoided making tough, difficult, and yes brave decisions, and just hoped we could get the job done. Well it didn't happen.
Everything good we have done since he has took charge has been built around work rate, energy and intensity. You need 11 players who can put that shift in, and cant afford passengers. Unfortunately we have a few at the moment, players, including some critical components, who just look fucked and cant put that shift in, and you cant get away with that at the top level.
There are many, many other things I could take issue with about the match itself and write chapter and verse on - that maybe we should have had a different game plan from the start if we could only compete for 15-20 mins before punching ourselves out, that we were predictable and one dimensional, the lack of width/fullbacks issue, the subs, the actual make up of the subs bench (lots of midfielders, no striker on the bench even if he has been shit this season - he's a different option with aerial ability and it's mental when knowing Kane is fucked and Son isn't far behind), and a million other things - but I cant be bothered because I'd be here all night. But Poch, as I find myself always saying after these tough moments, has got to be more ruthless and yes, a lot braver. For the rest of the season we need 11 players out on that pitch who can first and foremost put in a shift and play with energy and intensity. Forget the performance and result for now, as a starting point that is what is needed. If he has to leave out certain players then that's what it takes, but currently we are limping towards the finish line and the whole thing needs a shot of adrenaline.
Vorm - Very disappointing for the winning goal.
Trippier - Seemingly forgotten how to cross a ball, so then you struggle to find a use for him.
Sanchez - Starting to unravel a little, probably played too much for his debut season.
Vertonghen - Near faultless at the back. Bullied Lukaku.
Davies - Admittedly had to play a lot of games, but had that purple patch end of last season/start of this, been back to his average self for months now. Piss poor in both directions.
Dier - Ok.
Dembele - That good fortnight in February seems a long time ago. As immobile as I've ever seen him. Atrocious display.
Eriksen - Majestic first half, not quite as good in the second and faded a bit in the final stages. However he put in a really good shift today, and increasingly had to cover for Dembele and do all his running and tracking back.
Alli - Scored, fairly good opening to the game, after that plenty of carelessness. Why was he playing so deep in the latter stages with statue Kane up there on his own is anyone's guess.
Son - Gone badly off the boil - both with the ball at his feet and his work rate.
Kane - Managed 15, maybe 20 minutes where he was lively, but that's pointless if you then cant move for the rest of the game. Get him off the pitch until he is sorted out. It's not benefiting the team or him.
Subs:
Moura - Again looked for the ball in all the wrong areas.
Wanyama - Guess we needed to put a midfielder on for a semblance of balance, but hardly seemed like a move you'd want to make at that stage.
Lamela - This was another who wanted to play in unthreatening areas rather than effective ones, and was hardly an inspiring sub and just seemed like tinkering rather than any great plan of action.
