I put 3rd. We've got harder fixtures than City or Liverpool but we've got a big cushion between both of them now. So logic dictates that one of them may still end up catching us but I'd be surprised if both do.

Even from here, finishing 2nd would be an excellent achievement. Finishing 1st this season is sheer fantasy. Would sooner put money on aliens making first contact by May than us winning the league this season.

Our goal difference at the moment is worth another point against all the teams below us, so 2nd, just trying to work out when it could be St Arscum day

I'm hoping it will be when we play them at the lane, with a win making it mathematically impossible for them to finish above us

I'm still hoping for Sunderland to repeat what Newcastle did to us on the last day of the season, Relegated, attuning to life in the Championship, smashing 5 past Chelsea!!

If they would have beaten palace and lost to city would you still think the same way?
You have to go by the odds really. There are not many games left and if they play their normal game I don't see them dropping enough, if any, points. Of course in football anything can happen but it is unlikely

I think they will drop points this weekend against United tbh, just my opinion

I am going to go with 2nd but if Chelsea lose to United and we win our game then I honestly think we will come very close to winning it because of the momentum swing it might produce.

That being said, winning it might be unrealistic at this stage, it's unlikely but not impossible, I think 2nd is more realistic and 3rd is bare minimum and probably would be a disappointment at this point considering how good we have been.

Hope so. Even if they do though, it is unlikely they will drop 7 points in the last few matches. Arsenal fluffing it today was nice though since it pretty much put them out of the running for the top 4

I want chelski to beat Utd as I did city! I want to put as much space between us and 5th as possible. I don't think we can make up the points on chelski but Man U could come back into top 4 play with a win.

Basically every time I look at the table I look at how many points are between us and 5th, and how many we have over Arse-nal! I would take 4th and they finish 5th tbh. When is the last time we have had those bragging rights?

I am still gutted after last year and remembered people saying same thing about points gap. I think we are in better shape this year but we just can NOT blow it again!

So yes I would take 4th with Arse-nal 5th but think we should take 3rd! Be nice to avoid CL play offs

A timely reminder of not counting our chickens. One game at a time. I hope the players remember the disgrace of that last match of the season.

Nothing is a given in this league and our run-in is quite hard.

I just want us to win against Bournemouth and take it from there.

Completely agree Hull, Leicester and Palace away will all be tough as will UTD and Arse at home. If we play like we have been we should win them all but that just won't happen.

Always hard playing in a one sided cup final... Good news is Mikhail Antonio is out for the season, looks unlikely but would love to put another nail in their coffin for relegation... Championship in their council stadium would be incredible.
