No he hasnt. He clearly said we couldnt swap winks as we need HG. Whether Bissouma is viable is another matter but he hasnt dismissed it so far.

I can't see this happening for anything even close to sensible money or at all tbh. Not only is he a vital part of their team but the window closes in 2 days. The only way is if we've been in talks for weeks and Brighton have a replacement lined up.
