Good individual goals great stuff, but without a shadow of doubt we need much better strikers who can also score team goals as well as individual blockbusters.

I love Pav, but you're dead right. He scores a couple of great goals and that's it. It's a team game and he is so frustrating. He needs to work harder - it's not enough to get us to the level we want to be.
