With 13 days off till our next game after we play Utd has there been any talk about some warm weather training? Would be a good bonding session for the new players and some well deserved recovery time for the squad.

At Celtic:

In 2021/2022 season he opted on staying local and training.
In 2022/2023 he took the players to Portugal for warm weather training.

My guess, we'll hear right after the United game on what the plan is for that 13/14 day break until the City game.

The Athletic had an article on this yesterday:

Tottenham are another club to have decided to stay at home, with the players given some time off in the week after their league away game against Manchester United on Sunday.

After that, they will return to action in the FA Cup fourth round on the weekend of January 27-28. By that time, they will hope to have some of their injured players back, and maybe even some new signings integrated into the group.

Makes sense. Probably have a mini winter break camp at Hotspur Way to help integrate the likes of Werner and Dragusin and hopefully have Maddison, Solomon and Romero back as well before the City game.
