I have sold one or two on ticket exchange, this season has been funny, as soon as I put my tickets on, I get an email saying theyve been sold. Just such a high demand.

Anyways - this season i think the home games were sold out pretty quickly so it was fairly easy and early that we were able to add tickets on ticket exchange.

Still waiting for Frankfurt tickets to go on for OneHotspur members and guests - my brother in law wants to come with me but slightly more than 24hrs before the game and still no news. There look to be loads of empty seats still.

That is strange, makes no sense.

I’m having the exact same experience today. I’m a Hotspur + member and was hoping to buy tickets for me and a mate but it would only let me buy one.

After an hour looking around the site for an explanation and half an hour listening to a recorded message on the ticket hotline (before it hangs up on you as the queue is too long) I then sent a really shitty email.

The explanation they gave was:
Unfortunately as things stand, only One Hotspur members who purchased their membership before 25th August 2022 can purchase tickets or be assigned tickets. In some cases, a On Sale will be Restricted. This means that, you would have needed to buy your membership with us prior to a specified date in order to be eligible to make a booking. Decisions to place restrictions on a On Sale are made in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police, local authorities and the Club's Safety teams and we are unable to make any exceptions.

Now, that would all make sense, however I bought my membership a few weeks ago, well after the 25th Aug deadline they mention, and the site will let me buy 1 ticket without any drama whatsoever!
It’s just buying multiples which is an issue.

Utterly ridiculous. The game is in about 24hrs time, is a crucial one for our CL qualification, the stadium is 70% full and the manager is begging for a incredible atmosphere…
What do the club do?
Stop members from buying tickets.

This club make it so bloody hard to enjoy football sometimes.

Thanks a lot for the explanation - at least my experience now makes sense, even if the policy doesn’t. I got a new membership recently, and was also able to buy one ticket but no more. Yet looking at the stadium plan there are thousands of empty seats…

Problem is both me and my brother in law have childcare responsibilities and can’t wait until the last second and a general sale to book - we needed to know at least a couple of days before really.

It’s also really disappointing as my BIL supports Millwall and would never get the chance to go to a CL match so was really looking forward to this - and experiencing the new stadium.

Properly wrong-headed thinking from the club. It will be publicly embarrassing if we end up with empty seats for a home CL tie after all the fuss we’ve made about getting into it.

No worries pal!

To be honest, it pissed me off so much that I've told them to cancel my membership & refund me.
I can't buy a ticket for this match, then away with work for the Lisbon game and the next 4 home PL fixtures are sold out already, so the next available game is 31st Dec.

Is there any point in being a member?
Obviously, I'm gutted about losing place 910239034304873584 in the season ticket queue but as smoker, I doubt I've got another 250 years in me anyway!

Such a joke.

My son his wife & 2 children are visiting from the US in March & he would like to take them to the Forest game. We have said we would buy them memberships for Xmas to help in getting tickets.
Are we wasting our money in that the membership would not help anyway?

Somehow me and a mate just got 2 x tickets next to each other for the Leeds game.

my impression is it’s complete luck if the game sells out. I logged in this morning and nothing. Log in at 22:00 and get 2 x tickets.

Levy got too greedy with the ticket prices. He should have done the purchase all 3 in one go for around £150

I'm a STH - in future, drop me a DM, and I can buy extra and then assign it to you or send a screenshot of the code.

Off topic a bit, but I was hoping to go to a game with a mate (can't really get down for more than a game or two per season). Do we both have to buy a One Hotspur membership to be able to do this?

If you know people who have season tickets, they could share the tickets to you.

Or register for a CRN on the Spurs website and then buy them from Facebook groups where people are selling tickets, but there's an element of trust.

I know nobody, and even fewer Spurs fans sadly. But thanks anyway!

I'll look into this. Cheers

Remember when you could just buy tickets and go places? Ahhh, take me back.

Can you register for a CRN without paying the one Hotspur membership?

Apologies for the potentially ignorant question but I had been considering going to the Frankfurt match (ended up not going due to other commitments) but I seen availability on Stubhub, is that not recommended as it's expensive or am I missing something else? Cheers
