A lot of opposing fans highlight Eriksen, yet a lot of our own fans who watch the games and not just the highlights say he needs to improve.

My arsenal supporting colleague said today he is more worried about us for the title and not Leicester, and again pin pointed Eriksen as our best player.

its normal asother fans only watch selective highlights so dont understand who is in form and who isnt.

Some of our fans are generally stupid though, if you don't rake Eriksen as being one of the danger men in our team then you deserved to be mocked.

From the Narrrrgch fans

Christian Eriksen must not be allowed to be the centre pin of a Spurs midfield tomorrow night.
Eriksen for those that are not aware is highly talented, a threat in front of goal and very creative.
Although not grabbing quite so many headlines lately his play has been exceptional in what is a very good Spurs side.
Key in part to having any chance in this game will be to improve the central midfield with more proven quality and for this reason Robbie Brady has to be moved to a central midfield position for tomorrow nights game.

I seem to remember we once had a young chap called Kane for a while. Any relation?

The Kane we had was lightweight and lazy, I seem to remember everyone saying.

Knowing about someone and doing something about it are two different things. For example we were fully aware of suarez but failed to do anything to stop his play.
Regarding Harry Kane I believe he feeds off balls from the midfield
So the theory is if you cut off the supply you limit their play upfront and in turn limit their chances.
To do this you need to bring much more quality into midfield and for me that's is where Robbie Brady fits in perfectly.

And from the manager..
City boss Alex Neil revealed: "We've actually got a little bit of bug going through the camp at the moment which is disappointing.

"We'll see how that pans out over the next couple of days."

Delia been cooking lasagne I wonder?:D
Well i would say Eriksen's been alot of things this season. Exceptional is certainly not one of them.

I think eriksen is flying under the radar so far this season, with Alli, Dier. Son, Dembele and Kane for just a few that have shown a lot this year in games it has overshadowed him doing well in all games IMO.

thats some annoying crap about Kane. I live in Norwich and was when he joined them on loan and i said he banged in loads of goals in the reserves and is a quality player. Annoyingly he played a tiny amount of games, got injured a couple of times but when he was available he didn't get played so they all said he was crap with out even seeing him. Norwich are one of my teams i follow as i've lived here for 10 years and have lots of friends who are Norwich fans but i loved it when he broke in to the spurs team and showed how daft some of the fans were. Hope he bangs in a couple tonight as well.

didn't he do his metertasle in his 2nd or 3rd game for them?

Consistently our highest chance creator in the team.

Eriksen has changed his role in the side this season. Instead of focusing on being a goal threat or through ball specialist. He has been dropping deeper and dictating position and creating chances. We move the ball so much better with him on the field. His creativity and ability to affect the tempo of games is instrumental to our style of play

But how many chances does he create when you remove set pieces? You stick any other player on set piece duty and they'll be the most creative player in our team.

He creates chances from set-pieces, but he links our play so well in open play, often creating the pass before the assist. I don't think we can underestimate how important he is to our fluidity.
With Alli, Lamela, Son, Chads and Kane scoring and getting into the scoring positions Eriksen has adapted his game putting the team's needs ahead of his personal glory.
