My Mrs is a Gooner.....you've no idea how much fun I'm going to have with that...I know this is an old one, but from that link earlier (http://www.buzzfeed.com/richardbeech/why-is-it-always-arsenal-fans#.jwj1DPnb8)

They obviously don't remember Gilberto either.'
West Brom are signing Sandro. That's the QPR player, probably the worst Brazilian ever to play in the Premier League.'
From a Leicester forum, I've seen several posts similar to this on various fan forums in regards to the news of Sandro being brought in by WBA.
Not sure where this 'myth' of Sandro's inability has arisen from. Granted he wasn't amazing for QPR and was quite injury prone but as I've said on here before, in his peak for us he was the best midfield destroyer in Europe for me.
I guess it just goes to show people often offer opinions on players they've evidently barely, if ever seen play.
This is correct. Bluemoon used to be full of hate for us. Mostly because, before they won the lottery, we always used to beat them. Partly because of the 81 FA Cup final and the Ricky Villa goal being replayed constantly.I remember the crap city fans use to come out with
They hated us more than Man Yoo at one point
Paulinho has also been forgotten incredibly quicklyThey obviously don't remember Gilberto either.

Dreadful player. I was no major fan of Sandro but he was 5 times the player for Spurs than that useless sackPaulinho was far from one of the worst Brazilians in the PL, especially pre injury.
only Damiao was worse for us. He did nothing for the team
Still arguably more than Paulinho.only Damiao was worse for us. He did nothing for the team

Isn't there an unwritten law somewhere, or ground rule, or regulation from English Heritage that does not allow the same Football Club, sell a player with the same name to the same Football Club, if both Clubs are located in the same City, in England, and especially If both clubs have white shirts, as well as both players originally came from country's that border each other.
Or have I been misinformed.

I'll take The 5 million, but couldn't careless about the loan back. You think he's lazy now!

£5m for Dembele and then loaned back for half a season, sounds too good to be true, Spurs must be feeling guilty about the good players they have taken from us in the past.
Meanwhile we must keep our eyes open for Dembele 3 to provide future income.

Good riddance, always thought he was an arrogant big time Charlie who had no idea of anything but personal glory.

£5m for Dembele is a snip. If he develops well they will sell him on for £30m. And I'd give to evens that he does, so £15m is the par price. With his contract expiring we would never get that so £5m and a loan back is a result

I met Dembele about a year ago and shook his hand (or rather held it)(talk about wet fish)
Being a rugby player I was surprised what a wet fish of a handshake he had. Seemed a very shy lad and quite non-physical. I could not imagine him grabbing hold of John Terrys gonads in the penalty area

He will be eager to prove his worth to Spurs if he comes back on loan to us, I say if as Spurs apparently were not keen on that idea earlier in the window as they have a massive injury catalogue with their strikers.

The thing that annoys me most about this is that they will take our "Two Moussa" Song and think they created it.
Its annoying that Spurs tend to get our players for a snip. I can understand this one though. Fee or no fee essentially.

sure let him go and we'll watch him wither away at Spurs like so many others
It's a different Spurs. Pochettino deserves a huge amount of credit for giving young players game time. For him it's a fantastic move to work under him.

No doubt there will be a contract clause saying Spurs can take him back if required. At least with 5 million banked Joka could pick up a useful addition(s)
I have never been a big fan of Dembele. I don't think he is as good as he thinks he is but he is only young and can develop with better players around him.
I'm not too upset with the move. Ross would be a different kettle of fish.
------------------------------------
Would a 19 year old striker (who's had 36 league appearances according to Wikipedia) really make a noticeable difference to Spurs attack? Give him some more playing time in the Championship, I say.
Besides, Pochettino almost always plays 1 up top, and Dembele is nowhere near being as good as Kane and to a lesser extent Son.
A 20 year old Martial type of quality player he is not.
