Just one other point I wanted to make about my recent gruadates XI. Almost without exception these lads have a fantastic attitude and an amazing work rate. Lee and Lewis are natural born psychos, but under Clive's tutelage even the more cultured lads like O'Hara and Barcham have become highly motivated competitors. Since being promoted to the senior squad O'Hara has been a breath of fresh air, and it is because of that I am so keen to see other lads break through. The Gunner Graham always said his priority at Spurs was develop a core of homegrown youngsters, and he was right.
