He is extremely vague, sometimes up until the point where his information is way outdated or pretty useless. For instance he will always say 'in talks' instead of pushing the boat out and saying 'bid accepted or rejected'. He also deletes the evidence when he's wrong. Not sure how he is employed by a relatively credible news source.
