Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney has attracted a lot of attention with his explosive performances in the Scottish League and it seems that Premier League giants Tottenham are interested.

80+ Appearances for Celtic and 4 full caps for Scotland at 20 years old, he is a very good player with a lot of potential.

Why the silly smilie?

I'm hoping we're not desperate for a new left back. It would be better if Rose stayed and Davies could go back to being first reserve. I worry that talk of Tierney and Sessegnon joining are a prelude to Rose leaving and we'll be weaker if that happens.

He seems pretty happy where he is at the moment. Guess Celtic will want a significant wedge too

Haven't read the article obviously

because of the word 'seems'
which is football hack for
lets set this unfounded rumour running.

Completely unfounded rumour, but this boy is going to be the next big thing to leave Celtic behind the likes of Wanyama and Van Dijk. He has awesome potential, I'd love him at Spurs.

For every Alan Hutton there will be a Wanyama, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fletcher, Petrov, Naismith, Arteta, Gascoigne, Davis and I could go on.

Sometimes people just say things and look stupid, sometimes their attitude is just crap, and sometimes they are just thick as fuck.

Gascoigne?? Seriously? He didn't just look good at Rangers, he'd more than proved himself in England and internationally before playing in Scotland then heading back.

We can’t afford to make another Sissoko type of mistake though.

We always have done, we always will. Soldado, Sissoko, Janssen. What we cant say is we dont want a player because of where he plays. Otherwise we wouldnt have touched Dier, Ali and so on. The scottish league is poor yes, but that doesnt mean all of the players are.

Maybe Gazza was not a good example, I just meant that he played well in both leagues.
