Tottenham Hotspur 'handed boost in Nico Gonzalez pursuit'

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly moved ahead of Fiorentina in the race to sign Stuttgart attacker Nico Gonzalez. The Argentina international was ruled out of action for the final months of the 2020-21 campaign with a torn muscle fibre, but he nevertheless made his mark with six goals and two assists from 15 Bundesliga outings.
