So the crux is if there is any new evidence. Is there actually any new evidence? Or is this just bringing up an old case which was already dismissed previously because it was mentioned in another proceeding?
That is how it looks right now - no new evidence. However you would think that as a result of this it will be looked at again so god knows.

Arsenal got fined 60k for using an unlicensed agent....

There ya go.

They all do it, it is just a matter of getting caught and how much of an advantage it creates, barely any.

As there is precedent for this. A fine would be proportionate and possibly ban people involved.

Talk of points deduction and relegation is absolutely ridiculous.

who is talking about relegation?

Only City and Chelsea are talked about for that and that is due to mass persistent cheating in the form of off book payments, made up sponsoring and other such out and out cheating on a giant almost industrial scale.

Just caught a flare up between Jordan & Andrews on Talksport, Simon was calling him out because Andrews was pushing the “always trying to get his players to honour their contracts” when in his (Simon’s) experience most agents were pushing for moves as this was their main form of income.

Sky Andrews is the prick who stitched us up with Judas and the gooners. That move was as much him as Campbell.

He had a proper cry about it on air when Simon Jordan basically said all agents are money grabbers who are out to move their players on as often as possible to make as much money as possible.

Honestly this is the biggest load of cobblers I’ve read for ages . 2008! In the old days every transfer deal was backhanders etc . No way will this even remotely affect us. You’d be daft to get drawn into stressing about this load of tosh . Who gives a sweet FA about ancient transfers

If former cases are anything to go by then it's a 60k-250k fine and at worse Levy would need to take a sabbatical year off.
And that's even if it is proven by new evidence as the case has been looked at in the past.
This is Sky Andrews taking the opportunity of Everton/City/Chelsea situation to raise his case again, and Matt Lawton is using big words to drum it up.

I've heard sound bits from Matt Lawson on Talksport a couple of times and it seems his main problem was there was no punishment where the Leeds chairman got a ban and Luton got a points deduction.

FA knew about it and did nothing. Not sure how that is Spurs' fault.

Maybe a 60k fine like Arsenal did with Chambers using an unlicensed agent.

If this is the sort of dirt they have on Spurs in the past 15 years, some of these rule breaking clubs are clutching at straws. Maybe they'll find better dirt elsewhere

The biggest scam I ever had around Tottenham was after a match when I asked for a cheese Burger with fried onions from the burger van. When I got the burger, there was no burger inside it, the bloke said he had ran out, but he made out I got a good deal because he charged me half price. I still blame Levy for it somehow.

Luton was a super heavy case over at least two seasons, point deductions for going into administration and not managing to get themselves out of it again. And every transfer at the time being dodgy in desperation of their financial situation. Night and day compared to our case.

Arsenal got a 60k fine for case like ours, Leeds got 250k and as you said ban to their chairman.

Breaking news:

The Football Association to investigate Arsenal's decision in 1913 to relocate to north London and charman Henry Norris' role in getting the Gunners elected to the First Division after the Great War at Tottenham Hotspur's expense.
