Tottenham are being ‘frustrated’ in their attempts to sign AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie, according to reports. Antonio Conte has entered his first transfer window as Spurs boss and is likely to make several improvements.

If by xth transfer window you mean tenth then the next 5 years at least are going to be fun with Conte here

Conte needs to find some way of using Ndombele, even if it's just to get him in the shop window. He can influence games but if he goes into a full on sulk we might as well give him away because nobody will buy him when he's in that state of mind. Maybe a loan somewhere would snap him out of it.

Wholly unsurprisingly, the headline is totally misleading. Nowhere in the article does it say or suggest that Ndombele is causing a problem.

It says that Milan want to keep Kessie until the summer.

And that they've been put off a swap deal by Ndombele's wages. Which are our fault.

Ndombele is to blame for plenty of things but not for us not signing Kessie so far.

I'm assuming we offered Ndombele til the end of the season if we could have Kessie now. I'd also assume that meant us paying a lump of Ndombele's wages.

Ndombele is far better player than Kessie hey that's football I suppose application is key.
