) today was the first time i failed to get tickets for my group despite being logged on and never even getting through on the phone (first time i failed to even get in the bloody queue).
I am out in London tomorrow for work, so phone and internet access will be limited, but I wondered if anyone here has actually gone to the ticket office to get tickets, if so how long are the queues, what time do people usually get there etc etc
Any help would be gratefully received (except offers to log in on my behalf and pay with my credit card).
