Well we did OK for the first half until the extra time and then Neville did not defend a wing attack very well and let the player in on goal for a top corner punt ... losing 1 nil now.
2nd half much the same .. we are holding our own but as before zero creativity where it matters and restricted to long shots if at all. Sory to say but Naz is not good enough for this level of play.

30 mins to go but really cannot see where an equalizer is likely to come from .. Manure more likely to score a 2nd as we are playing with the sun in our eyes and the wind against as well. Uphill struggle but RS needs to bring Tang on for Naz

Little disappointed with the club that they aren't playing the NLD tomorrow at WHL. An international week in the men's game with all home internationals on different days and not a single League game in London tomorrow, as far as I'm aware.

1st Vs 3rd in the league - another opportunity to showcase the women's game and get a decent crowd at, say, £10 a ticket + the food and drink revenue

Wonder if it because it's televised ?

This sounds so much like the men's team ?

Assumed NLD was at the stadium surprised it isn’t as live on bbc1 as well. Not like Levy to pass up a few quid.

Today the Sc*m arrive at the Hive .. not the Lane !!! come on Levy ! and its on BBC !!!!
They will for sure turn our Ladies over as they usually do and all we can is measure the amount of damage they cause as we rarely get anywhere near to them in competitive terms.
My prediction .. 4-0 if we play the Finn - if Spencer than 5+ Nil
Just hope RS doesnt play Ayanne nor Naz (both not up to WSL skill level imho) - yes they can run but thats about it. Neville better be on her game this week - she didnt do so well against Manure last week.

Are the rules more relaxed about changing where you play home games?

The pitch at the Hive is a little smaller. We might want a smaller pitch against arsenal?

Refreshing to see the lack of childish hostility and goading underneath every single tweet.

But yeah very disappointed it isn't at WHL. It's on Viaplay in Norway and I will tune in if I have time.

Will be fascinating over next 20 years how much women’s game grows and what exactly is the ceiling. Sky picking up games should be crucial. But today looks like maybe 3-4K at the hive for a NLD with no elite men’s football in competition. So currently I’d say the hype and media coverage far outweighs the actual interest.

A good first half from the ladies. Weathered quite a storm but showed we can get them on the break. Shame it's not at the lane would have been great for the ladies and may have got more fans there to watch. It's live on BBC 1.
