Federer / Zverev is going to be interesting today. It's only the Hopman Cup, but they'll both be looking to make a statement before the Aussie Open. My money's still on Fed, but ...
He's doneThis doesn't make good reading for Murray fans.
Andy Murray's expectations 'tempered' before Australian Open
e.g.
He remains in pain, both after matches and some training sessions. His lateral movement has suffered, especially out wide to the forehand. And those who have seen him get out of a car say he looks quite a bit older than his 31 years.https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/46793299
He's done
2 Olympic Gold medals
2 Wimbledon Titles
1 US Title
1 Davis Cup Win
It's an incredible haul for any sportsmen/tennis player and the fact that he's British and done it with humility and emotion, I must confess to being a bit emotional with him in the possible retirement announcement. Best British player ever and will be Sir Andy at some point
