What I wish for is that the Jewish contingent of our support stop making excuses for their foreskinless brethren and smell the fucking coffee.

This is the thing that gets my goat most. Our ticket prices are outrageous given what we've served up on the pitch since Harry left. But due to the unique nature of supporting a football team the market will [almost] always bear those prices, and ENIC get away with charging Champions League prices for Europa League football... and maybe not even EL football if this season continues as is.

They are not getting away with it WHL isn't full for Europa games.

The pussies part of the Partizan banner was correct. Current Spurs fans chanting Yid Army cos they can't turn the other cheek nor come up with something humorous as a retort to hissing noises etc. We are not a Jewish club.

Poch needs to be told by Levy in no uncertain terms

No more Kaboul
No more Adebayor
Kane has to be automatic first choice starter
Mason has to be captain
Play with proper width

The last thing we need is Levy telling the manager how to do his job. If that happens we basically become Chelsea without the money and the success.

Some people need to get a grip. Protesting because "we're not as good as we were 3 years ago" when other clubs are going into administration... its all a bit "first world problems."

This is ultimately true, it could be much worse as it is for many other clubs, on the other hand, the point above about ticket prices vs. investment in the team does hold some water. The club markets itself as 'elite' in every aspect of its offerings to supporters yet there has only been backwards movement in our squad composition and we continue to purchase players purely for trading purposes, while the stadium, its funding and news of its progress remains nebulous at best...

Maybe Poch, when commenting on the squad, hadn't seen enough of the players to realise that while they are good technical players, nearly all of them seem to have a massive psychological deficiency and/or problems of testicular fortitude. But he's certainly not helping himself by picking Kaboul and Adebayor as his leaders..

I pretty much agree with your comments
Whilst not disagreeing about the form of Kaboul and Adebayor the alternatives are not good either ( that means I have not gone overboard on Fazio and Kane)

There must be some form of demonstration on Wednesday night. Yeah it might not change a lot, but the club should know how we feel. For far too long ENIC have got it so badly wrong with management appointments, signings, the stadium and have answered to no one. One season in the CL in 14 years. And when things looked good they blew it by selling and sacking all round them. Fans HAVE to make themselves heard for once.

Firstly, the next step is to carry on with the initial step which is allow our 3/5 year plan under Poch with a bit of patience in regards the playing side.

Secondly, with the problems on field at the moment can't we as fans focus our energy on supporting the players and getting behind the team rather than protesting. I can only thing negativity breeds negativity and that those building up anger protesting will be straight on the players back after the first mistake they make. I'm not saying everything is perfect-but at this moment in time and a few games in to the season isn't it more important to be supporting the team?

The idea of protesting against the owners when you're 11th in the Premier League because your squad's a bit average and you've not replaced Bale would make the likes of WImbledon, Leeds and Blackburn fans die laughing.

Seemed to work when Newcastle fans protested. 7 points from 9.

Really?

You honestly think Newcastle's form picked up because their fans protested?

Was that why they were protesting, to get better results?

Because I'm pretty sure they were actually trying to get rid of Pardew and Ashley - and their form picking up has only secured the positions of the both of them, meaning the protests, if they really did improve the team's form (which they didn't, of course), massively backfired in their objectives.

Seriously, what the fuck is this?

Unless i've missed some sort of misguided humour along the way this is pretty idiotic (being nice)?

How has Levy being jewish and fans chanting Yid Army got anything to do with the team losing against Newcastle?

It was tongue and cheek that comment.

Something needs to happen to give Levy a kick up the arse. Making a profit every transfer window for the past 4 or 5 seasons while getting like £50m tv money, we have to be sitting on a fortune. The manager needs funds available to him to buy the players he wants, even if that means sacking Baldini. I think the fans of this club deserve a few world class players signed, even if we have to smash our wage cap. Sick of hearing how ambitious the club is when nothing is ever done to show that ambition.

How do you know that he doesn't have all he asked for ?
I base it on the fact the players signed since he took over have hardly kicked a ball in anger, if these players were signed by poch and were suited to his system I would have expected them to have seen more minutes on the pitch, only really Dier has features regualry and you could argue thats only because Walkers still out.

It's a little bit premature for fans to start protesting and to be honest even though I am not a big fan of Levy it will make us fans seem a bit pathetic really.

The best way to get the message across is not to continue to pay through the nose for grossly overpriced tickets and merchandise. That will soon see ENIC sit up and take notice. Easier said than done though as there will always be mugs who are willing to lap up everything that's served to them (and at the moment I'm one of them). The tide could be turning though as fans slowly start to lose faith in Spurs.

I have long thought that in order to make a big stadium work we need a team that's worthy of playing in it. Carry on like this and we won't stand a chance of filling it.

I'm not so sure it is premature, I think this has been coming and if it doesn't happen this week then its only a matter of time. If it's about this season in isolation then yeah, but its taken the last two or three seasons for more and more people to start seeing how its all heading and I think any protest would be on that basis, on where we are and seem to be heading now as opposed when we first got CL, rather than our poor start to this season. Not investing when we got CL was always going to bite Levy on the bum eventually…...

Having said all that, the last protest consisted of two geezers with placards, hardly a revolution :D so it would be interesting to see how many (if any) actually bother this time around. Lethargy is Levy's friend.

Yeah I agree it's been coming for a while and I share the feeling of disillusionment. I just think it's a bit early yet and why if it occurs it will probably have only escalated to four geezers and a placard.
