Osimhen and Ruiz. That might do
Ruiz is a very obvious choice as an alternative to Eriksen and he only has a year left on his contract so wouldn’t cost the world. We have already been linked to Osimehn so makes sense as the other one but he would cost more then Lautaro and I really don’t see him moving anywhere this summer. Still, these would be the names that make the most sense, I agree.

I don't think it is Fabian Ruiz. We are linked to Piotr Zielinski instead. Donno who is the better fit for us though
There's mixed messages about Eriksen though so that would also make sense. Plus NDicka news might mean we are switching targets at the back

Feels like a bit of a lull before hopefully a storm at the moment.
Hopefully that means shits getting done.
Or maybe I have been off work all week and for once I am just up to date ?
I don't see how it's a lull, signed Bissouma, Forster and Perisic in the last 2 and a half weeks

Fabian Ruiz makes total sense if Eriksen has hit difficulties. Last year of his contract too and rejected Napoli’s last contract offer.

If the itk points to zielinski I’m hoping is the amrabat option. I’d be appalled if we went from eriksen to him tbh.
Has any reliable ITK actually dampened our hopes on CE as all I see is the SsN nonsense which let’s be honest is always united driven. Athletic on both sides has distanced united from him and vice Versa?

If Eriksen Bremer not possible, Koulibaly Ruiz from Napoli & Ndicka for LCB …

Romero, Koulibaly/Dier , Ndicka
?

As in they are done and the info seems to be slowing down a bit from manic to sporadic
I wasn't complaining that we aren't doing much dude ?

Maybe it's just me, but I really see Eriksen as gravy or icing - don't quite see how he fits with Conte's system and our existing team, so not sure we'd be looking at an alternative for that role.

Aren’t Napoli extremely difficult to deal with?

Can’t see them letting us take two of their best players.

If we're signing someone like Ndicka then we are obviously getting another CB and with this Napoli link it might be Koulibaly.

Romero-Koulibaly-Ndicka (y)

Romero
Dier
Davies
Sanchez
Tricky ndicky

Not sure we need more than that to be fair.

Gravy or Icing brings the meal/cake together and finishes it off, but you say it doesn’t fit, when that would be more like putting ketchup on a roast dinner, to some it works but to others it’s frowned upon.

Players on their sale list are in last year or last 2 yrs of contract - so should have a reasonable negotiation

We need more than one way of playing, especially against bus parkers. The solution to hitting heads against a brick wall to date has been Kane dropping deeper and deeper. He can't play every game. Eriksen would give us more variety. He keeps the ball and low block moving, and can also ping the diagonal surprise. Like having another meat or veg on your plate. Or Danish, as you were.

I fully get that, and getting him on a free transfer (albeit with a substantial signing fee) makes sense........paying lots for an alternative makes less sense for me........as I said, just my opinion, and fully suspect it's not one shared by the majority.
