The ITK in here is the best I have ever seen. If we continue to bring in the players we are rumoured to be in discussions with then I am going to have to emigrate before the season kicks off.
I just hope we have some announcements soon and maybe then we can remove a lot of the negativity from the postings in here and finally start to believe.

I think people need to see players signed that will make a difference to the first 11. Essentially us starting the season with a stronger squad than we finished last season.

I think there’s significant way to go to get there. Despite things looking pretty positive.

In the press, it's been written that Fiorentina want 60m euros for Vlahovic.

For circa £50 million if we sign this guy aswell as dropping £50 million on Romero I’m very much assuming Kane is off this summer, no chance we spend that otherwise!!!
Love the ITK though

ITK has said a couple of times that there is some other good news to announce after the close of the transfer window.
Has to be some sponsorship money coming in to significantly add to player sales.
stadium and training kit deals been muted previously.
It might make sense to get the back up striker this season, give him a year to settle because even with the ITK that Kane stays ‘this’ year. I don’t think it would be a bold prediction to say we cash in next year. So we’d need the new striker to be up to speed and settled for replacing our main man as best as possible.

As I said it’s all positive and looking hopeful. I think however I’ve been on here long enough to know it could go 2 ways.

If we start getting one or 2 over the line then I think people will be a believe a little more.

Literally just got told by Herc he's going nowhere unless we receive around £200m...

Also, there's been a few subtle hints in here from ITK that we do have cash coming from somewhere else..

That makes absolute sense and superb if it pans out like that, it would be ideal.
But we’ve been here before and from most people we’re told it’s a one in one out basis and our net spend won’t be huge.
I’m remaining cautious but hopeful.

I'll take that as a Yes to the smile question. I really do totally understand where you are coming from but I'd like nothing more than to see your worries and concerns fade away under a deluge of positivity as the window continues. I can only imagine what our rivals are thinking as they see us constantly in the media linked to players. I'm loving every minute.

Passed it on behind the scenes earlier today but been told we have now agreed a fee for Romero. I know that contradicts other very very good ITK and maybe my contact has jumped the gun but their words were that a fee had been agreed.

Why not, we've done exactly that regarding Hugo and Gollini. At last there truly does seem to be a plan not just for one season but for quite a few that lie ahead.
