I swear whenever the ECB makes a decision they spend less time on making the actual decision and more on asking 'what's the worst way we can handle this?'

Surely they realize our imaginations can and will fill the blank space they've left by not disclosing the reason.

lets wait till the WI have batted. we have the bowlers to take advantage if the track is as bad as people are saying.
