So, we need a new Sporting Director, a new Manager / Coach, a new GK, a new backline (barring Romero who has not exactly been great this season), a creative midfielder and maybe a forward or two depending upon what HK decides to do. Personally, I'd also bite Real's arm off if they came in for Richy and offered us anywhere close to the 60m we paid for him.

Plus about 6 players currently out on loan that we'd need to shift as well.

Quite a bit to do this summer really.

If he's determined to stick around then yes he needs to make the right appointments, leave them to use the budget up and stay the f away from the football side of things
