I think it is just a fantastic way of putting it; that you hope a player who has scored over a 100 goals for us is injured. It's really why we support Spurs isn't it? Never mind whether he is past it or not. Great support.

The Redknapp out post was in reference to Bond doing the interview. Clearly went over your head.

it never rains but it poors. We were all looking forward to Dawson and Defoe returning soon... now we dont have Huddlestone, Pav, Keane, King, Woodgate, Huddlestone, Lennon, Bentley and Gio to boot. Fortune is not smiling on us at the moment.

I'm glad he scored the goals he did, and thankful for them, but like I've been saying for over a year, those goals don't get him in the team now. He isn't good enough. I'd rather an unknown, untried Harry Kane played than Keane. We all know what he'll do, point, shout, blame, and hide.

I thought you were making the Redknapp comment at my post, not at him avoiding the press confrence. Not sure that means anything.

I'm amazed Modric is fit he seemed to be suffering the effects of the cattermole thuggery at the end of the game.
I thought Bale looked tired too and on a few occasions wasn't offering an outlet for BAE.
I would have wanted both of Modric and Bale to be rested for this but it doesn't look like we'd have a team if we did.

Still it is just a bit off to be glad he is injured and with Pav out, Keane would be useful at least as a sub. Keane has still shown elements of class this season. I think you just made that remark because you always disliked Keane and were just being vitriolic.

It was just a quip that with so many players out, it was funny that Redknapp was also MIA. Probably really pissed off.

As young yids said and against Arsenal.

But what a lovely way to describe him.

Parrett was sent off in his last outing - does the suspension apply now he has returned to Spurs?
