I dont recall him having ever been in the first team section.

As far as I'm aware he's agreed to sign and we're just waiting on the tribunal.

Fryers is a free agent in the legal sense as his contract with ManU came to an end on 30 June but anyone signing him needs to pay ManU a 'developoment fee' ....and apparantly are demanding big money hence going to Tribunal.

Thought Tribunal would only take a couple of weeks - but not much info in public domain. He could join after 31 Aug as a free agent, so we simply sit on hands and wait for Tribunal decision.
