Academy 1st year, Leo Black has torn his meniscus and will be out for the remainder of the U18 season.

#thfc have reached an agreement to extend Yago Santiago’s contract until June 2024.

A further 1 year option is also included in the deal. [@FabrizioRomano]

Suprised by that
Yeh, me too. He's a nice little player but really needs to be playing League Two football or maybe trying his luck in a less competitive foreign league's second tier. Ruben Lameiras is a good example. Got some experience in Sweden, then came back and had spells at Coventry and Plymouth before trying his luck in a less physical league with Famalicao and then getting a chance to step up with Vitoria in the Portuguese Premier League. I don't see what another couple of years with us is going to get Yago beyond, maybe, a loan spell and possibly a few quid for us when he moves on. In all likelihood he'll move on for naff all in a couple of years having wasted two years of his development years. Honestly, our management of young talent is completely broken.

He’s looked good in the u21’s games I have seen. Don’t think he will make it but good luck to the fella.

FT disappointing 5-2 loss, but we did appear to be missing some key players. Donley, Moore and Williams were the standout absentees as Donley and Williams are with the U21s today.

Dorrington also a massive miss for them. Went up to 21s as Walcott injured in training.
