he hasn't been perfect but i'd like to see us continue with hinds as a dm, i like him at rb but not sure he has enough about him going forward to hit the top level there.

we're playing alright but i think it's more down to wolves being worse than us rather than us being good. tracey with a typical tracey moment towards the end of the half, gets the ball in a great position but clears the goal and the other five pitches behind it.

Thing is with him, is that he's just a good footballer so can do that. He's not going to play ahead of Skipp, if he even plays himself, so don't really see the point of him going there, especially as we haven't got an exceptional RBs coming through at the moment that would be worth playing there instead

wasn't really looking towards the first team, more his remaining time with the u23s and his future in general. if lusala develops well then he will take on the rb mantle in a year or so and in the meantime okedina can do a job. at senior level i think hinds can become a defensively solid and technically proficient full back but just think he might have scope to go higher as a dm, regardless of position though the chance of it being at spurs is between slim and none - just as it is even with the very best prospects.

Agree, only chance he has making at a good standard is modling his game of off Kante at Dm, while being versatile enough to cover at fullback.

There was a few position changes in the game against Stoke City, Lusala moved to RB and had a good game, Cesay moved to central midfield with Nile John and Yago Santiago who setup Pedder for his goal,Pedder started the game out on the left with Cooper on the right with Whittaker playing up top and he worked very hard for the team and deserved his goal.

It is good that we have got our best players back from injury and I do think that both Bennett and Cirkin will move up like Binks has done once they have had a few games under their belt.

Interested to get a bit more feedback on Santiago. Played 3 or 4 games now and not really heard to much ?

Need more games before you can say how good he is, it was the first time I had seen him play Central Midfield and he does play more like a British type of player,he looks like he can handle the physical side of the game but as you would expect he is good on the ball.

Pedders goal the weekend was down to him having the ball just outside the Stoke box and waiting for Pedder to make a good run outside him then playing the perfect waited ball for Pedder to finish well.

Very early days but he looks OK.

Incredible to think TOB was holding his own with Foden Sancho Hudson in the WC winning team in fact one of the best players. Moving him to senior limbo zone absolutely destroyed him.

We have started very well Markanday looks lively and Shashoua should have Scored in the box after a good bit of skill from him left him with just the keeper to beat but his shot was poor ,we are pressing them high up the pitch.

Arsenal starting Nelson and smith Rowe. Just checked all other top 6 and they all have players in senior squad still playing U23. We are the only ones that don’t. And we are currently giving academy players less senior minutes than anyone else. So I wonder who has it right ?

I'm really curious why we can't make live streams for youth team matches, just like Wolves and Chelsea did... It would be fantastic

1-0 down, De Bie saved the first shot in the box but they had a man follow it up.

Is that also Liverpool and Man City or more so the other members of the Top 6?

City had Doyle and Garcia that played U23 and carabo. Liverpool had a load obviously enhanced by Carabo. But still fact that players aren’t deemed to good to play both. Even more bizarre is it’s ok for Parrott to play UYL but not U23.
