That some people looking to stick the boot in latching onto anything they can. It's laying the groundwork for if we lose at which point this'll become a full blown thing. They'll make sure of that.

You'll also see a number of posters who have been relatively quiet over the last few games suddenly spring to life like the skeleton warriors coming out of the ground in Jason & the Argonauts :D

Great film.

If were going pretty strong in this game as is suggested then i would expect the same squad vs NEW & Dele to feature on Thursday ?

Agreed! It was meant as a rhetorical question - a more polite way of saying "that's BS" ;)

like all politicians he excuses everything by blaming all his predecessors and knows enough people will buy it
He often has an excuse and blames something or other. One of the reasons I think he does this is to focus attention away from his own players

Will be interesting. Strength is all relative. We can probably start Lucas, Lamela, Bergwijn, Sissoko, Toby, Aurier, Reguilon, Sess, etc and not really have any material impact on Thursday’s starters. So it could just mean we arent going to see 11 kids.

Bit if a throwaway game now unfortunately. If we get something from it great, but I'm expecting the worst as far as results go.

Actually seems as if Jose is going for it if the Athletic is to be believed.

Going stronger than thought might make sense. The title is 99% gone after that start so may as well focus on the cups.

Could really do with Tanganga starting. Dier and Sanchez really need to rest.

While I would agree that the title is unlikely, the league is hardly over after 3 bloody games!
