Just wondering how we go about finding fixtures for friendly matches?

I was just looking at the pictures from the weekend and I think I would rather watch Davids, Sandro, Lennon (who was smiling!), Gomes etc rather than the current lot, but I had no idea the match was going on.

Yeah, I think the first I saw of this was a post from @spursgirls on FB.
Didn't even know it was happening and as you say, I'd much rather watch some of those old legends than our current team.
Some great memories in that dressing room. Reminds me of when we were at a stage of progression, as opposed to how things currently feel around the place.

Was that Keanos lad scoring the last goal?
Hope he's on our books! 😁

Highlights of the goals, have to watch in YouTube, the club blocked it.

So happy seeing them play.

How much fun was that? Happy memories. Sandro - what a character! Robbie K - absolute class, Jermain Defoe - top bloke, Tom Huddlestone - pinpoint passing, Heurelho Gomes - loves a laugh, Edgar Davids - legend. The list goes on and on. Joyful football - I'd almost forgotten what it's like.

It was so much more enjoyable to follow us then. We still missed out on the top four more often than not but the football was incomparably better than it is now.

Surprised Sandro didn't get berated for his positioning when he went over to the dugout to celebrate.

Makes me realise how much lofty expectation and miserable bastards like Mourinho and Conte have sucked the joy out of watching Spurs.

1,000,000% mate also we don't have many exciting players anymore.

I loved to watch so many of these legends now we have very few exciting players.
