Imagine watching this knowing nothing about Spurs. Those people must be absolutely shocked at what they are witnessing.

When Levy does that juggling thing whilst claiming transfers are difficult I really want to kick him hard in the balls. Fingers crossed he doesn't do that in the final three episodes of Try Hard, starring Daniel Levy in the Bruce Willis role.

i think he’s read that a lot of hand gestures when talking gives you a personality.

Can’t believe I’m actually bothering to watch it this morning after yesterday’s shit show.

Episode 7 is a painful watch - I completely forgot we lost 4 games in a row.

I've got a few hand gestures for him if he needs a few :D

Watched episode 7 up until Harry Winks got told he was cute. It only lasted that long because I was still cleaning up after my arsehole actually vomited after Levy's transfer bollocks again.

I got 10/15 minutes into it and had to turn it off. The dissecting of the Leipzig and chelsea goals was too spot on for my liking. Nothing really seems to have changed.

It was never going to be anything else.
Yeah. I’m just surprised at the lengths they went. Particularly how they staged so many things. That meeting with Ndombele was embarrassing. Levy telling some bullshit anecdote about how his teachers told him to leave school? No fucking teacher would ever tell a student to leave school.

Watched all of it and, I’m not entirely sure why I’m surprised but, it’s the biggest load of diluted PR garbage I’ve ever watched.

Yeah that bit with levy going on How everyone seems to forget how he invested 140 million net in the squad really annoyed me.

Absolute PR tripe, his lack of spending when Poch had us clearly the 2nd best team in the league had led to the state we're in

He needs to fuck off and take Jose with him , sick of it

watching this doesn’t give me much confidence for the future. The people in charge seem deluded about where we are quality wise, more concerned with getting in jibes about fans forgetting £140m net spend. The net spend for last summer was repeated a few times. They are a bit pathetic tbh.

Yeah, It's not that interesting to be honest. I find some of the dressing room and dinner scenes dull and scripted. Only positive I've seen is the episode with Japhet.

Just finished the last 3 episodes and it had me reflecting on lockdown and 2020. You may say most of the scenes are staged, may be they are, or may be they're exaggerated. Either way it made me think of these guys as human beings. Imagine being in another country away from family when coronavirus hit? Ndombele was struggling as it is and then that hit. Can't imagine how difficult that was. Sissoko's influence on the squad morale is understated. Huge character within the group. Without him Ndombele would have struggled even more so.

I have decided to go back to lurking, as I feel even if I remain a little positive and optimistic I will get so much hate both on here and twitter. I understand you all have opinions about the club. I know where you're coming from. But, the coronavirus section really reminded me that there is more to life than football. It is an escape for me from my personal struggles (understatement of the year for 2020). I am not as emotionally attached to the club as I used to be and definitely not as much as a lot of you. I don't get angry at opposition 'banter' or defeats like when I was much younger and got bullied in school for being Spurs. Does that make me less of a fan? You may think that if you wish. I still support the club and will watch every game I am able to nonetheless.

I, personally, see it as there is a change of mentality that needs to happen and Jose is trying to do it. He is trying to make them 'bad' guys on the pitch. The majority of this squad got to a UCL final, we have finished 3rd and 2nd, FA Cup semi finalists, League Cup semi finalists. The talent is there. Fans write off players so easily these days.

I was more annoyed yesterday about the manner of the defeat and not the defeat itself. Jose picks things out in his team talks and the opposite happens. The ability is there, the mentality and attitude is not and still needs a lot of work. I remain optimistic and won't write off this club's season after one game as we finished 3rd and challenged Leicester after losing to United on opening day.

Having read this back before posting I realise some may be contradictory. I do still get emotional, just not OTT like I see a lot of people do.

Not sure whether it’s because we lost yesterday (probably) but those last 3 episodes were just bloody depressing

Not watched an episode yet. Have to record and fast forward through games as I can't bear to watch them let alone some PR stuff

Episode 7 was pretty perfect for after the game yesterday. We have the same problems now as we did then.

Also fwiw they decided to use after effects or an equivalent to put the footage of Dier climbing the stand on our coaches phone.
