"but who will cover me when I attack?" "Eriksen will cover you". Camera pans to a terrified Eriksen who knows he has no intention of defending. Loved that scene.
also Sacramento seemed to forget Eriksen's name in that moment.. Maybe it was that he forgot who was playing over there, but it made me chuckle :)

We all forgot about Eriksen last season. A man frequently missing as he had no intention of playing for us any longer.

Watching the first three episodes, i can't help but wonder how much the camera's being there influenced Jose appointment. From Levy's persepctive as the realization dawned that this wasn't going to be a 'how spurs won the league' documentary and he needed to save face for the brand. From Jose's perspective, a chance to take his own brand up a notch or give it extra rehabilitation (so far it is a Jose documentary, let's be fair :)). Obviously not the entire reason and Levy is on record as a Jose admirer, Jose was available, and we're a good project for Jose... but i think it may have made both of their decision's easier.

The convo was interesting as it seemed Jose was a bit torn about it because he said something along the lines of he moved the ball quicker and created more chances than the others.

Enjoyed that. Shame it didn’t feature the first game in the new ground. I guess they just filmed everything and when Jose arrived they took it in a different direction.

In the middle of the first episode, I can tell this is going to be great... Although the first part is about our depressing times I think this documentary is top notch so far, the production.. What makes it even better Tom Hardy is narrating. Favourite actor.

Yea he was basically saying erisken is a good player and helps us tick along nicely but his head isn’t in it so we’re only getting 80% from him during games so it’s a tricky one. DL seemed to really want to get CE to stay but sounds like CE wanted to leave and his agent was pretty unhelpful, Jose tried to turn him but couldn’t as his mind was already made up.

They weren’t filming last season when we had the first game in the new ground. Or you mean first game of the season at home?

Levy sacked Poch after a CL final, a great 5 years and hired Jose, for ratings on a doc??

I actually thought he comes across really well.

It’s a fascinating watch, looking forward to more episodes

Agree, in comparison to what I was expecting, and I was expecting the imperial march music to come on in the corridors whenever he appears, I think he's come across well.

I'm so relieved they have made it a positive show despite the awful shit on the pitch.

Jose is the star but I cant help but love all of our players. I actually got a little upset watching jan in episode three. He so wanted to stay, even talking about his daughter and now he's elsewhere.

Toby too looked over the moon when he got his deal which made me happy. Dele makes me laugh that he seems to laugh at jose all the time and serge is the moody fucker you would expect.

Again im so happy they haven't gone into the scandal and turmoil and just made it a fun and interesting look into our club.
